Sabine König Jewellery

Sabine König combines traditional techniques with bold, contemporary design, crafting jewellery that is elegant and versatile. Apprentice trained in Germany, traditional craft is at the heart of her work. After relocating to London in 1984, she continued her studies at Sir John Cass School of Art. Working in silver and recycled 18ct and 22ct gold, Sabine creates versatile rings, earrings and necklaces. Her specialism in Freshwater and Tahitian Pearls has led to a collection of unusual pieces, giving the ‘traditional pearl’ a contemporary twist. Sabine works from her North Kent Coast studio and exhibits at Goldsmiths’ North, Desire, Handmade in Britain and FORGE.
