UK DELIVERY

Your orders are despatched by Royal Mail special delivery and are insured for loss or damage whilst in transit up to the value of £2,500. For items over the value of £2,500 we can arrange a courier service which is priced on an individual basis, please get in touch for a quote.

Your postman will require a signature when delivering your order. This delivery is tracked and the tracking number will be included in your dispatch notification so you can track your order online at www.royalmail.com

STOCK ITEMS

Orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 3pm Monday - Friday will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Please refer to individual lead times outlined by the designer for your product.

DELIVERY PRICES

Monday to Friday by 1.00pm:

Products up to the value of £500: £10.00
Products up to the value of £2,500:  £15.00

Saturday by 1.00pm:

Products up to the value of £500: £15.00
Products up to the value of £2,500: £20.00

Orders over £2,500:

For orders over £2,500 we arrange a courier service. This is costed on an individual basis. Please contact us for an estimate.

We are unable to offer international delivery at the moment.
