Each designers has supplied the lead time for their products on the Individual Products page. You will receive email confirmation from FORGE when you place your order and again when your order is dispatched.
OUR JEWELLERY PRODUCTS
Delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed and your dispatch confirmation will include your tracking number. You can specify at checkout if you would like a weekday delivery guaranteed by 1pm or a Saturday delivery guaranteed by 1pm. See our Delivery page for more details.
Yes, up to the value of £2,5000. When you checkout you can chose the Royal Mail Special Delivery rate with the relevant cover for your item. These are up to the value of £500 or £2,500.
For items over the value of £2,500 we can arrange a courier service which is priced on an individual basis. Please contact us for more details and estimate.

We hope this won’t be the case, but if you do have issues, please contact us via phone or email within 7 days of receiving the item and we will do our upmost to rectify the situation.
For Stock item we will replace and return it to you free of charge. Or we can provide a full refund. We do not refund delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer full refunds on Made to order items, but will repair it and return to you free of charge.
Yes, if a product is marked as a Stock item, you have up to 28 days to return it from date of receipt, but you must let us know within 14 days of receiving it that you would like to return it. The item should be returned in its original condition and packaging to FORGE at 31 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8DH. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the date we receive it.
We do not accept returns on Made to Order items. We advise that you contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about the item and would like clarity. Every effort will be made to ensure you receive the perfect product you were expecting!
Yes, please contact us to let us know within 7 working days and return it to us within 14 days.
If it is a Stock item we will replace it for you. If it is a Made to Order item, we will resize it for you at a cost of £50 per sizing.
Return delivery back to you will be charged at the relevant rate.
We advise that you check your finger size prior to ordering. Your local jeweller may be kind enough to measure your finger free-of-charge or for a small fee.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver jewellery outside the UK at the moment.
OUR MAKING KITS
It will generally contain the tools and materials you need, unless specified. In most instances these will be items you already have around the home. For full details and to prepare for when your kit arrives see individual product page for all details of what’s included and what else you might need.

Yes, this will be your How-To Guide included in your kit. It will either be a printed sheet or booklet OR a video guide with login code and details on how to access your video included in your kit.
You will receive an order confirmation at the point of purchase, and another email confirming dispatch. Our processing time is 2-3 working days, and our standard delivery time is 3-7 days. There is an option for Next Day Special Delivery.

Our kits are delivered in a versatile cleverly designed branded box which keeps everything you need to make your jewellery protected in transit as well as a place to keep your jewellery once it’s made and you’re not wearing it. It’s a wonderful product to receive as a treat or to give as a gift.

Yes you can, simply give their shipping address at checkout.

We currently offer emailed gift vouchers only which are processed on the day of purchase if made before 5pm. They are emailed to you, the purchases who can then forward the email to your giftee with a personal message. The email will contain the gift voucher code.
Physical vouchers will be available soon!
No, we do not offer refunds on gift vouchers.
Simple enter the gift code in your emailed voucher at checkout and it will be applied to the relevant product in your basket.
Your gift voucher will be for either one of our WORKSHOPS or MAKING KITS and can only be redeemed against the relevant items.
We don’t currently offer a gift wrap service. However, Our Making Kits are beautifully packaged and bound with a layer of tissue paper.
Our Jewellery products are boxed by our individual designers branded packaging along with FORGE compliment or Personal message card.
