Designer intro

With nearly 40 years of experience, Richard Allen specialises in making and restoring jewellery, working with silver clay for the past seven years. Silver clay allows for intricate textures and organic forms, often incorporating real leaves and natural elements. Sustainability is central to his work, using recycled silver for an ethical approach. His pieces have been exhibited in Japan and the UK, including at The Open Gallery in Halifax. As a certified metal clay instructor, Richard also shares his skills through workshops.
