What are our MasterMakers?

These monthly events embody what FORGE stands for: exceptional design, the preservation of skills, and the sharing of knowledge. They are limited to 10 people for a unique & intimate, exclusive experience with a highly skilled & accomplished designer.

During 5 captivating hours, you’ll engage in a talk, witness a live demonstration, and partake in a hands-on workshop, all guided by the MasterMakers themselves. The event concludes with a relaxed chat and mingle over food & wine.

Price is per person.

What will I make?

Enjoy a special afternoon making a gorgeous silver and gold bookmark, learning the ancient art of Keum Boo, a technique of attaching 24ct gold to silver. You will finish off the bookmark with a beautiful silk tag.

What will happen on the day?

Jessica will bring a wealth of expert in-depth knowledge, skill, craftmanship and passion to this in person event.

During the talk and Q&A session, she’ll share insights into her journey, discoveries, and achievements, including the V&A acquiring a piece for their collection.

Following her demonstration, you’ll make a gorgeous unique silver bookmark beautifully embellished with texture applied with Jessica’s personal hammers, and 24ct gold attached to the surface, creating a unique pattern.

The experience will be rounded off with a relaxed chat & mingle with Jessica over wine and delicious sushi from our neighbours Mugen.
