LEARN-TO: Flexi Gift

Purchase this as a gift for someone to choose the perfect LEARN-TO workshop. They will participate in a morning or afternoon workshop in a group of 9 fellow makers. During this experience they will learn a new skill to enhance their professional practice or knowledge if an enthusiast!

Price is for one person. If you would like to purchase for more than one person, simple increase the quantity before adding to basket.

What will they make?

This will depend on which LEARN-TO your giftee chooses.

What will happen on the day?

When they arrive they will be supplied with everything they need including pad, pencil, apron and tools.

Their instructor will give them an overview of what to expect during the workshop and possibly show some examples. During the workshop they will receive step-by-step guidance to help them create their own piece of jeweller!

We will end with a little glass of Prosecco or, non-alcoholic beverage if preferred to celebrate your creative achievements!

What skills do the need?

Difficulty Level: EASY to MEDIUM depending on which workshop they chose

Don't worry if they don't have experience or feel they're not artistic or creative, they will be adopting some simple techniques, and will be taken through the whole process step-by-step.

What should they bring?

- Reading glasses (in case they need them!)

- Money or card payment for any optional extra's such as gold plating and postage (if collecting finished items isn't possible)

What should they wear?

Clothes: Casual and not too precious as they may get a bit dusty or damaged. Avoid long, loose fitting sleeves and anything that might catch or get caught whilst you are working.

Shoes: Casual flat shoes and no open toed sandals in case you drop a hammer or something hot onto them.

Hair: Tie long hair back.
