Leonie Marks Jewellery
Leonie’s work is inspired by her upbringing in the Isles of Scilly and has evolved from pieces made from beachcombing finds to collections that capture the colours of the sea and the warmth of the sun. Working in recycled silver and gold, she creates each piece in her Essex studio using traditional techniques and carefully selected gemstones, including stones sourced during a recent trip to Sri Lanka, where she met miners and cutters firsthand.
Leonie’s flexible approach means her designs can be adapted through chain style or length, metal colour or gemstone choice. She also welcomes commissions and enjoys repurposing clients’ jewellery, creating unique new pieces while preserving their history and sentimental value. Leonie studied at the Jewellers Academy in London and is a member of the National Association of Jewellers.
