Janet Richardson Jewellery
Janet Richardson is a distinguished British jeweller with over 45 years’ experience designing and crafting contemporary jewellery. Her work is defined by flowing forms and a sensitive balance of form and texture, resulting in pieces that feel both timeless and expressive.
Drawn to cow horn alongside recycled silver, Janet explores alternative, sustainable materials in jewellery making. Her affinity for carving, a process that brings depth and individuality to her creations, has become a signature of her practice. This was recognised with a Gold Award from the Goldsmiths’ Craft & Design Council for her Winged Horn Necklace.
Janet’s work has been exhibited in the UK and internationally, featured in publications including Vogue, and is held in the Dallas Museum of Art’s contemporary jewellery collection.
