Yujia Zhang received her undergraduate degree in Jewellery from Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology and her postgraduate degree in Jewellery and Metals from the Royal College of Art.

She is a contemporary jewellery artist. Yujia Zhang's work is dedicated to exploring more possibilities of structure and reflection in jewellery. Her work always focuses on three aspects: human and society, inner and outer relationship, and the language of jewellery. She believes that every person presents two different sides when facing the society, which is the common state of interaction between the subject and the object in the social relationship. The internal and external state also helps her to look at jewellery from a new perspective, which triggers her understanding of hiding and revealing in jewellery.
