Emma McGilchrist Jewellery
Emma McGilchrist, who studied Fine Art Textiles at Goldsmiths University, finds inspiration in poetry, literature, and the natural world. Her jewellery captures ephemeral moments: the dust on a moth’s wing, the shimmer of moss, or a curl of hair. Working from her garden studio in Peckham, Emma incorporates sculptural, kinetic elements into her designs, creating wearable forms that invite interaction. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted and imbued with a sense of wonder.
We love how Emma’s work captures the subtleties of nature, translating them into abstract forms that echo Composition A’s celebration of both the delicate and the dramatic. Her pieces evoke a sense of curiosity and timeless elegance, perfectly fitting the showcase’s theme.
