This beautiful and unique statement necklace is made up of 18 delicate swirl chevrons which sit softly on the neck. The articulation in this piece allows for beautiful shine and sparkle when worn. Each swirl has been individually forged by hand, then cast and repeated to create a flowing pattern which is secured with the signature swirl catch. This piece is inspired by a love of pattern and decoration, particularly the spiral, a shape with strong feminine associations.

Designer intro

Rachael was introduced to jewellery making from an early age by her mother and grandmother who are both jewellery designer-makers. Having explored many creative paths including music, art and dance, she repeatedly found herself drawn to jewellery. She undertook courses at West Dean College and Morley college, alongside training with her mother - a combination that developed her design and making skills. Rachael now works from her London studio creating simple and delicate designs using traditional hand skills.
