She was formerly Curator of the Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Collection at the Victoria and Albert Museum and has worked across exhibitions, film and writing, exploring materials and techniques including gemstones, enamels, gold, silver and mosaics.\u003cbr\u003eSophie is currently Exhibition Curator for the inaugural Birmingham Jewellery Biennial, taking place in May 2027, with Colour as its theme\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePanel Members:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCaitlin Murphy\u003c\/strong\u003e is an Irish maker based in Glasgow. She graduated from the Glasgow School of Art in 2022 before becoming a Bishopsland Fellow. Her practice sits across jewellery and metalwork, with a strong interest in making, materials and sculptural forms. Her work is held in permanent collections including the National Museum of Ireland and the Arts Council of Northern Ireland.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eEve Balashova\u003c\/strong\u003e is a contemporary jewellery designer and maker based in Glasgow. Her work combines 3D-printed nylon with traditional metalworking techniques, creating bold, colourful and lightweight jewellery. Her pieces explore geometry, natural forms, colour, texture and movement, with each piece individually dyed by hand.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eStephanie Holt \u003c\/strong\u003eis a contemporary jewellery designer and maker based near Warwick. Her work explores contrasts in structure, colour and materials, particularly through her sculptural U.F.O. collection, which combines precious metals and resin.
